Promoting Quality & Performance Project (PQP)
PQP is part of the London Council's ESF Technical Assistance programme & is available to all voluntary & community sector organisations across London. CTN is one of three organisations delivering PQP across London & can provide a diagnostic, action plan & up to two days of consultancy support to organisations. The support we can offer includes:

developing management information systems
- developing quality improvement / self-assessment systems
- policy & procedure reviews
- service delivery re-design
The service is demand-led & support is tailored to the needs identified as part of the diagnostic. PQP is available to virtually any VCS organisation delivering education, training & employment services. For more information on PQP please email us.
