Representation & Campaigning

Camden Training Network represents VCS training providers on the following partnerships:

L B Camden's Economic Development Partnership

The Economic Development Partnership, chaired by Camden's Assistant Director for Community Development & Regeneration, meets quarterly to discuss issues affecting economic development in Camden.  Other members of the partnership include Jobcentre Plus, the Learning & Skills Council, Camden's Adult & Community Learning Service, the Working Mens College

L B Camden's Health Employment Partnership

The Health Employment Partnership is the forum where each of the NHS Trusts present in Camden come together along with the council's Labour Market & Economy team, Camden Working & CTN to discuss issues  relating to  NHS recruitment of local workless people.

VCS Strategic Group

The VCS Strategic Group is a key information exchange mechanism between the London Borough of Camden and the voluntary & community sector.  Chaired by Camden's Assistant Director of Community Development & Regeneration along with CTN the group comprises of senior representatives from Voluntary Action Camden, Camden BME Alliance, Camden LGBT Forum, Disability in Camden, & Volunteer Centre Camden.

Gospel Oak Partnership

The Gospel Oak Neighbourhood Partnership has been the borough's pathfinder neighbourhood partnership as part of the Neighbourhood Renewal strategy.  The partnership engages key local stakeholders including local councillors to discuss issues arising in the Gospel Oak area of Camden.
