CTN is currently recruiting for the following posts:

Chief Executive

(£36,470 - £43,280 – subject to review)

CTN is the “umbrella” or membership organisation for third sector training providers in Camden . CTN has an excellent reputation & a decades experience of supporting local training providers helping them achieve quality outcomes for the workless people who use their provide services.

Our new Chief Executive will work closely with the Board implementing a new & ambitious business plan at a time of tremendous change for both CTN and its members. Our aspiration is to develop the organisation keeping abreast of a fast moving sector and the Chief Executive will be instrumental to achieving our goals

A forward-thinking, strategically aware entrepreneur with an evidential track record of both developing organisations and managing relationships is required for the task. Our new Chief Executive will need to underpin this entrepreneurial approach with genuine empathy understanding & demonstrable commitment to the social goals and ethos of the third sector.

Interns

CTN is establishing an Intern Programme from April 1st 2008 . Internships are offered in the following areas:

• Research 

• Project Management 

• Business Development 

• Membership development 

Internships are flexible in terms of hours per week and duration although there are minimum required commitments in some areas of work.

An empathy with the aims & aspirations of the voluntary & community sector (VCS) is helpful. Our Intern Programme is being designed to give you valuable insight into the role of the VCS in addressing worklessness.
